It is commonly known that art value is determined by its quality but not prices or other fixed indexes as industrial products. As early as 1997, Toperfect initiated the way to send digital pictures of finished products prior payment to guarantee high quality products and services. We only require 50% deposit or less of the total to start painting and send digital pictures before dispatch to get customers' confirmation. Many art companies could not do this at that time. So we won customers’ trust and good reputation in this line by providing high quality products and services.

Nowadays, many art suppliers imitate this method. However, this method is far from enough to assure the quality of products in such a mature art market because our customers might come across many other problems that can hardly be solved by this method during their purchasing. Before, customers used to discern art suppliers through checking sample orders or visiting showrooms, however, there are tens of thousands of art suppliers all over the world, these two practices are quite inconvenient to customers. Besides, since there are no public standards for the measurement of art quality, some customers’ interests might be harmed seriously by some dishonest suppliers, For example, they might send high quality samples to customers, but send low quality products to customers when they place larger orders or send good products for some orders, but send low quality products for some other orders. Customers can do little when they come across these problems which can not be solved by the method of sending digital pictures prior payment. Toperfect Arts has always been looking for ways to promise high quality products and services to customers.

All of our oil paintings are individually hand painted in our own studios by experienced artists. The oil paintings are 100% hand-painted on a canvas, not by print or foil transfers. In order to save time and increase efficiency, we will no longer send digital pictures prior payment if customers place orders according to the samples at our website.
　
We will only send digital pictures in two cases for trial or big orders: (1) high quality paintings according to customers' own pictures. (2) customers need pictures to show that products are ready for delivery.

Q: What’s the difference among quality grades, say, best quality, high quality and good quality?
A:
1. We have 30 odd studios. Each boasts several artists (teachers) who paint high-quality oil paintings and some painters (students) who paint medium and commercial-quality oil paintings. Artists (teachers) will check to maintain the quality.
