Founded in Xiamen in 1995, Toperfect Oil Painting Factory (China Toperfect Co., Ltd.) is an outstanding China supplier of oil painting and frame as well as watercolor and acrylic painting.
Toperfect aim to be not a small and simple "copy shop" ranks low in quality considering the cultural sense, but one of few oil painting suppliers who has ability to develop own original designs. In the past, our original oil paintings cover the styles and motives of fairy, revision of classic, abstract original oil painting, decorative paintings for home decoration, realistic style, western art & cowboy culture, vivid nude as well as totem and primitive fine art.
We'll study from the culture of each country in different period, and endeavor to explore the future of fine art in order to create more elegant artworks to keep our customers remaining the forerunner in local market.

And during the past 10 years before 2006, we were the supply of goods for many big Chinese oil painting companies in Hongkong, Xiamen and Shenzhen. At the same time, we have been striving to set up an efficient management system with more than 30 workshops/factories of paintings and frames, galleries and 7 offices in Hong Kong and several big cities in China mainland. With the aim to sharpen our competition edge, we update our management system in 2003, incorporating offices, workshops, galleries into the oil painting company China Toperfect Co., Ltd.
In June 2008, we finished our Affiliate-Agent system, once your application is approved, you will be supplied with a range of banners and textual links that you place within your site. When a user clicks on one of your links, they will be brought to our website and their oil painting purchase will be tracked by our affiliate software. You will earn a commission.

Research & Development
Our R & D team is composed of young artists whose responsibilities cover exploring new skills of oil painting and acrylic painting, new paintings sample as well as other arts products. Our product catalogue is timely updated including new samples of oil paintings, and other arts & crafts products.
Toperfect will offer you samples CD of our original artworks and there is no text protected on digital pictures. We’ll also offer you formal Copyrights Authorization so that you can promote our original fine art in your local market, you will be approved to put our original oil paintings on your website, brochure, etc.

Director of Toperfect

Lewis Liu, the director of Toperfect Arts. He started Toperfect engaging in the export-oriented economy of mass art and the broker of popularizing original oil painting artists in international market.
In the aspect of original art, he advocates the creative principle of “Theme and Technique of Individual Characteristics”, opposing the practice of restless plagiarizing. And he is among the early domestic forerunners of exploring and implementing the mode of “Mass Series”.
In the aspect of reproduction art, he first advocated and implemented the operative strategy of
“Original Extension of Quality and Development of Marginal Industry” and after an insightful investigation and research, he wrote “The Industrial Report of Oil Painting in China in 2006----What Course to Follow”.
During the recent years, he has started the first professional online gallery together with offline design and popularization in China, which aims at popularizing the Chinese original oil painting artists in the international market and promoting the communication between Chinese original oil painting with world culture in both artistic aspect and commercial aspect.
